This immersive workshop integrates chakra healing, archetypal wisdom, and embodiment practices to guide participants through a deep personal transformation. This session focuses on the second chakra and the Greek goddess Aphrodite–blending ancient mythology, hatha & kundalini yoga, and archetypal meditation to tap into sacred creative energy and the power of emotion, and learn to work with Aphrodite’s passionate grace to release shame and start living life fully. 

Participants will activate and balance their chakras, release emotional blockages, and explore Aphrodite as a symbol of their own healing and power.
